All orders are shipped within 3 days of the of it being placed.
In Holiday / Festive periods please allow extra time (2-3) Days as it is super busy.
Our Shipping fees vary depending on the desired delivery address. Please see our shipping fees and transit times below. Some countries have specific differences so please check yours.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked (2-4 working days) - £3.99 (FREE over £40)
US
If you are located in USA we use a third party shipping provider who ship your order using DHL and once it has reached the US it will be handed to your local post USPS to deliver the parcel to your address. Once your parcel has reached the US and been handed to USPS Your tracking will be able to check updates along the way.

All International customers are liable for any customs and duty charged by their country. Furthermore, if delivery is missed, unclaimed and returned to us the customer is liable to any returns fees and will be charged extra for additional shipping.
We hold no responsibility for delivery delays from third parties such as Royal Mail.
Please be patient, if your order has not been delivered within 25 days of the stated delivery date you will be eligible for a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of your order being lost so that we can open a claim, if you do not let us know by this time you may not be eligible for a refund.
