It's that simple, now why we would offer such a crazy promise if we weren’t confident in our dusts?
As a company run by a young guy you can guarantee that there's only one thing we have in mind, fcking ;) 

So, if for any reason your date night or party event doesn’t go to plan simply drop us a line fill in our returns form & return your items so we can test them, if the item is found to be faulty then we will return every penny you invested into our dusts!

We are constantly wanting to improve and evolve our dusts and value your feedback.
After-all i started this company to help make the world a hornier place and to get couples and friends wild & freaky!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and help to find the best solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will accept returns of incorrectly ordered items or unopened products however please note there will be a 20% fee to cover all admin costs, restocking and process fees involved in the transaction. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item & return the item you have once you have email us regarding the item you want to return and we have advised on what the best course of action is.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received, inspected and tested your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Cancellations

All requested order cancellations before the order has been dispatched will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20%.
This is to cover all admin costs, restocking and process fees involved in the transaction.
